It's really sad because the actual presentation of the product and its taste was AMAZING but the company kinda ruined that for us, and with planning a wedding, the "working with" part seems a little more important than the end result in a lot of ways. Rossmoor Bakery was wonderful and reasonably priced. We selected them as a preferred vendor for the Hilton Waterfront and are very pleased with our selection. Rossmoor's cake and filling flavors were extensive and interesting, DELICIOUS at the tasting, and just as good at our wedding! We had 3 "tiers:" top tier strawberry cake with white chocolate mousse, second tier almond cake with French vanilla bavarian cream, and a sheet cake in the back of lemon cake with raspberry supreme filling.
